PFA Products

PFA also known as soluble polytetrafluoron, is actually a modification of PTFE which has excellent comprehensive properties but can not be fused, and retains almost most of the PTFE. PFA is better than FEP in high temperature resistance and stress cracking resistance, good bending resistance, mechanical strength at high temperature is better than PTFE, long-term use temperature -196- 260 degrees, just because the cost and price of PFA is almost twice that of FEP and more than three times that of PTFE, so PFA in many fields to the application.

Material properties
1, excellent resistance to high and low temperature chemical corrosion, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, chemical resistance is similar to PTFE, better than vinylidene fluoride.
2, low friction coefficient, friction coefficient is low in plastic, has good electrical performance, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature, known as the "plastic king".
3, the creep and compression strength are better than PTFE, high tensile strength, elongation can reach 100-300%. Good dielectric property, excellent radiation resistance.
4, crystalline material, small moisture absorption. Can be processed into products by the usual thermoplastic processing method.
5, because the molten material has corrosion effect on the metal, long-term production, the mold needs plating chromium treatment.

High and low temperature resistance: -200--200℃, high temperature strength than F4 two times
Excellent adhesion and heat sealing with F4: NO wetting with any object below melting point. Above the melting point, it has good adhesion with F4 and metal. And self bonding (heat seal)
Non-viscous, water, oil: water contact Angle θ=115о
Electrical reliability, high insulation
The dielectric constant viscosity is 2.1 at both high and low temperatures of 60HZ-60mhz. Even if the surface is damaged by diving, no conductive track will be created.
Volume resistance > 1018 ω M
Surface resistance > 2*1013 ω
Arc resistance > 165 seconds without leakage
Weather resistance: can be exposed to ozone and sunlight for a long time
Corrosion resistance: ONLY at high temperature, the element fluorine, alkali metals with it, to all other concentrated, dilute inorganic organic acids, alkali, esters are not effective

Application:

Its main use is for the production of tubes and chemical equipment of the village, the surface of the drum and a variety of wires and cables, such as aircraft hook line, supercharged electricity
